We know that chronic inflammation is the number one common denominator in all disease. When inflammation persists it damages the body and causes disease. Inflammation can be caused by a variety of lifestyle factors, including diet, stress, environmental toxins, to name a few. Healthy lifestyle behaviors can help to slow progression or even eradicate certain ailments all together.
My priority as an integrative nurse coach is to help individuals realize their inner wisdom and strengths so that optimal health can be achieved. Empowering individuals to choose healthy behaviors and make changes that reduce the risk of developing disease is the primary goal of our coaching sessions.
